I'm Ximena (you can call me Mena)

At the age of 17, my life took a drastic turn when my family faced terrorist attacks in our home country, Colombia. Forced to flee to Canada with limited resources and without speaking English, I encountered numerous challenges. However, this journey taught me a valuable lesson: true success originates from within – your mindset, how you see yourself, how you think and act.

Despite years of hard work and achievements in Canada, I found myself feeling unfulfilled. I felt like an overachiever trapped in an underachiever's mindset.

And I noticed that many people around me felt the same way.

It took a bodybuilding competition for me to realize that success is an internal journey. This epiphany prompted me to redefine success and prioritize building a life that resonates with inner fulfillment while pursuing and achieving significant goals.
